RICE COMPATIBILITY (RICON) is an innovative software model intended to provide necessary information on rice production in kebbi state. The model is equipped with necessary information on weather (rainfall, temperature and relative humidity) and soil components, and other climatic and environmental data and geographical data to ensure seamless production and increase in yield of rice in the state. This will help the rice farmers to determine when, how and where to cultivate rice in the state, with an appropriate approach.
