About
In response to the need for projects, companies, and organizations to build communities of individuals interested in their products or services, we created MissionMap. We designed MissionMap as a platform to enable these projects to create rewarding campaigns that attract participants and contributors, ultimately fostering the development of high-quality communities. Building a community is of paramount importance and is indispensable for any project in the cryptocurrency realm, as well as various other industries. Within MissionMap, campaigns will consist of three key components: * Missions: These are the tasks or activities that users can participate in. Missions can span various categories, including social media tasks (e.g., join Discord, follow on Twitter, like a tweet), information submission tasks (e.g., text, images, location), referral tasks, quiz tasks, on-chain tasks (e.g., completing a swap transaction, using a bridge), and more. * Rewards: Participants in these missions have the opportunity to earn rewards. These rewards can include Points, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), Tokens, and more. * Rules/Requirements: To participate in these campaigns, users must meet specific requirements. These requirements could include criteria like the user's Gitcoin Passport Score, MissionMap Score, or ETH balance. Organizations and companies can leverage these campaign elements to create diverse and engaging campaigns that attract users and foster the growth of high-quality communities. Many people ask us why we chose to focus on web3. Well, in web2, with community builder applications, users who participate in advertising campaigns receive very little additional value (aside from learning about the product the brand is offering). In the web3 space, users who engage in campaigns created on MissionMap by various projects can earn valuable rewards such as Points, NFTs, Tokens, etc., incentivizing their participation and contribution to community development. Additionally, web3 is a space where projects like MissionMap can rapidly scale within a short timeframe. While there are other projects on the market similar to MissionMap, such as Galxe, Zealy, Layer3, TaskOn ..., we still believe that there is ample room for MissionMap. Firstly, in the realm of community-building projects, brands often build across various channels rather than just one channel to maximize user acquisition. Therefore, community builder projects, especially in the web3 space, are likely to be less competitive and can potentially collaborate for mutual growth. Secondly, we introduce unique elements like location-based features or potentially AI (in the future) to help projects build even stronger communities. These are aspects that other community builder platforms have yet to tap into. Furthermore, we believe that within the cryptocurrency space, blockchain platforms will require their own ecosystem components. This is why a new blockchain platform (like Base, for example) will also require a community builder platform as one of its ecosystem components. This is why we see substantial opportunities in this market.
