gm builders 馃憢 I'm Eric, the solo-founder of Caliosa. For Backdrop Build I will be working to build out a portal for users to find and invest in California (CA) onchain/tokenized properties. That CA tokenized real estate portal will eventually/hopefully be part of a larger unlaunched site I had started working on a couple of years ago prior to tackling my other startup Hitdex. That site (Caliosa), is a California focused housing marketplace. The final goal of that platform would be to bring to market a housing portal along the same lines as to what StreetEasy/NakedApartments provide for NY, but for California with onchain/tokenized investing. The hope for this build is to focus on the investment portal, build out the onchain/tokenized marketplace search page and property detail page utilizing an integration with Fabrica properties, integrate Dynamic for the login flow, and ideally set up an offer flow utilizing Etheruem mainnet or Base mainnet.
