At its core, Arttribute aims to ensure that artists' works are used ethically in generative AI by facilitating attribution and enforcing usage licenses. It allows artists to upload artwork and define its usage terms through "Arttribute licenses." These are licenses similar to Creative Commons licenses that give artists a standardized way to grant permission to use their creative works in generative AI applications, ensuring that only authorized use of artworks is permitted. Upon this, we are building tools that enable the creation of custom AI art models that mimic specific art styles that can be used in various applications including image generation for games, storytelling, teaching, and more.
