Subminds are a way to create composable networked intelligences. By creating trees of related subminds, it becomes possible to have highly accurate systems that are able to learn quickly and become harder to abuse, because all information is filtered through a certain lens of understanding. This means that you can't abuse a targeted chatbot for use outside of its purpose. That means data that results from usage is also very clean. And finally, it's optimized for human-to-human communications, so the subminds can sit in between the humans and communicate to either side when information is needed that doesn't exist within its current knowledge.
