Building a simple web application for users to create their own websites which are ad-free and cost-free to run (except optional custom domain). Application is a CMS that operates bi-directionally - i.e. allows user to create website at same time as receive metrics for actual website visits. In this way, website owner can monitor real website visitors' performance (per page visited based on Google Core Web Vitals) as well as qualitative metrics in form of website page elapsed visible time. The CMS is a federation of "always free" services, including Oracle, Netlify, Cloudinary, Terraform and Github. All of these are simply my current choice but could be replaced by other Saas etc providers. Websites deployed through the CMS are required to host all digital media through Cloudinary in order to ensure media are served at lowest cost possible (in terms of bytes transferred). CMS subscriber can use their own Netlify and Cloudinary "always free" accounts in order to access very generous bandwidth/storage etc allowances. For a totally bespoke solution, user could create their own CMS application based on the code in Github, which is itself auto-generated from the published CMS.
